Over 210,000 passengers arrive and depart at the airport on a daily basis.

The Airport established a comprehensive loyalty programme to reward these passengers for all transactions made within the airport. Rewards can be accumulated when travelling to the airport, exchanging currencies, shopping, eating and drinking, and much more.

Since established in 2013, this extremely successful loyalty rewards programme has grown year on year.

Solution

The Airport chose to partner with Send and Receive to manage the fulfilment of their loyalty programme. Send and Receive provide complex data services, printed materials, physical membership cards, rewards vouchers, and postal services to passengers who apply online and collect points immediately.
