This UK’s leading charity has an important role to fulfil. With over 400,000 members, the charity has a demanding number of communications to manage.

Solution

We managed all of the charities member communications ranging from the print and mailing of new member packs with pass donation forms through to annual renewal communications with a new PVC laminated membership card for the year ahead. We enable member communications to be personalised and utilise variable data to include offers relevant to each member.

Members are kept up to date with personalised messages and annual renewals are actively managed to maximise uptake.
