Challenge

In 2011 we were approached by an old client who had moved to a new financial start up. As we already had a connection we were contracted to produce member packs, renewals, personalised plastic cards and other printed and mailed documents. The quantities were small, at first, so it was easily absorbed into our daily production routines.

The real challenge has been since 2012 and making sure we are keeping up with them!

Solution

Through a series of investments, machinery, software and fantastic people, we are now producing circa five million packs of renewals, DM and new customer packs per year.

Result

Through constant market appraisal and understanding how technology is leading a multi channel marketing approach, we have established ourselves as well respected and large volume management and production facility able to support large financial companies and their ambitions.
