How we overhauled a large publishers postage costs.


A long term client called us in to audit their entire postage requirement. We looked at the big stuff; magazines, subscriptions and DM and then assessed everything else right down to their office mail.


As we handle a large volume of mail each year, we were able to provide a profile price via one of our DSA providers. The savings were so significant for the UK that we were also invited to quote for the International mail. Again, cost savings were quickly achieved and the work was won with a one year rolling contract.


Obviously saving our client a lot of money was satisfying, but we also improved the delivery aim on all of their products. Because of gaining this added production time, the client could use that time each month for extra ad sales and subscription updates.
